We’ve been quiet for a few weeks, but the good news is that all of the major projects are done at the house! But, of course, there are still a few tiny things here and there that we’re waiting on, and a few other items we decided to add into the mix.
The last remaining big item is done, and it’s our big deck! With that, I bring you one of the first official before and afters!
We weren’t sure what the design was going to look like since we were out of town when this work was done. I’m really happy that we went with trex, recycled plastic decking. It’s more durable, sustainable and easier to maintain.
Weren’t you wondering what those french doors were going to lead out to?
We’re going to be able to have awesome dinner parties when the weather gets warmer, with a great flow between the dining room and the deck.
